A helicopter tour is a great way to see the sights when you go on vacation. You can arrange a helicopter tour almost anywhere and there is almost always something worth seeing. That being said some destinations are better suited to helicopter tours than others, therefore we offer our list of the three best locations for helicopter tours. These are just three of the many great options. The best place for a helicopter tour by far is Hawaii, this is why there are so many tour operators on the islands. The reason that Hawaii's is such a great choice is that there is so much to see, the state has some of the most spectacular scenery that you will see anywhere. The other reason that helicopter tours are so popular in Hawaii is that so much of the islands are impossible to reach in any other way. There are of course the popular tourist destinations that can be reached easily but if you want to get off of the beaten path you will find very quickly that there are few if any roads. Blue Hawaiian Helicopters can arrange to drop you off and pick you up from the more remote destinations if you want to see a part of Hawai'i that few people get to. Another great location for a helicopter tour is Las Vegas. This may not seem like the most obvious place to take a helicopter flight but there is actually quite a bit to see. Obviously you can see the strip from the air and all of the lights and the signs but there is also the stuff that is located near to the city that you can visit by air. The Hoover dam for example is something that is best seen from the air. Las Vegas is also a great place to start from if you want to take a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, it is just a short flight away. The third location on our list of great places to take a helicopter tour is New York City. New York has one of the most iconic and spectacular skylines that you will find anywhere, indeed it is one of the major attractions of the city. There are various ways that you can get a good look at this skyline but the best by far is from the air. A helicopter tour that takes you around Manhattan for example is an experience that you are not likely to forget any time soon. You can also see sights like the Statue of Liberty during your tour just to make it complete.

Swimming pools are interesting aspects of the Las Vegas social scene. At most vacation destinations, guests swim or frolic in the sun during the day but in Vegas, swimming pools are not always for swimming and they definitely are not only for daytime activities. In fact, Vegas is known for the best “adult only” pools where watching or peeking are more the norm and big poolside parties are components of the thrilling Vegas nightlife.
Probably, the two most exciting adult only pools in Vegas are at Mandalay Bay and Rio Hotel. Both hotels' casinos are looking for new gambling patrons so they provide access to online casino and pay the girls from area clubs to come and work on their tans. Of course, the girls are topless. There is usually a DJ and the guests even book cabanas for the events. But you must book early as these poolside parties are the envy of many cities and everyone is eager to participate. Of course, not everyone is interested in adult only pools. Families, for instance, require pools that are children friendly and have all the same features that the beach does. Usually the better hotels will have smaller wading pools for the kids as well as slides, cabanas for changing, umbrellas for protection from the sun, and food and beverages. Further, the sprawling pool areas are impeccably landscaped creating spectacular scenes transposed from some majestic island in the sea. If pools are your main reason for going to Vegas or if the pool is an important part of your vacation, then it is better to do some research before choosing your hotel accommodations. As you have briefly seen above, different establishments cater to different crowds. Some of the venues are obviously meant for “party animals”, while others encourage the seniors' crowd. Many of the pools also have spas and whirlpools attached or nearby so this is another feature that may be important when choosing a hotel. And be careful, just because the brochure says "pool on premises" does not mean, It is the greatest. Some may be on the top of the hotel's roof and not very nice at that. Penthouse may not be the optimum word. Consequently, it is better to see actual photos of the pools and the bigger hotels do have virtual tours. It is also in your best interests, if photos are not available, to read specific details about the pool area to ensure you are getting what you expected. As you have probably guessed by now, Best Las Vegas Pools is dedicated to discussing the swimming pools of Las Vegas. We plan to show you the best of the crop and let you know what a treat the best Las Vegas pools are. Oh and don't forget: after a day of relaxing at the pool, you can thoroughly enjoy the nightclubs in Las Vegas in your rented car. Enjoy the site and we look forward to having some fun in the sun with you! |
